Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Valbax, we understand that receiving your timepiece in perfect condition and on time is a priority. Every watch we ship is fully insured and handled with the utmost care.

1. Shipping Origins

All orders are inspected, packaged, and dispatched from our office in Singapore:

2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

  • Courier: We use specialized local couriers for all Singapore deliveries.
  • Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days after processing.
  • Self-Collection: You may opt to collect your watch in person at our Kovan Road office. This is by appointment only to ensure your item is ready for viewing and collection.

3. International Shipping

We ship to most global destinations via tracked and insured services (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx).

  • Timeframe: International delivery usually takes 14 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Singapore office.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Only)

As the items are shipped from Singapore, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

  • Customer Responsibility: All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Valbax has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to import duties, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Valbax in Singapore.

5. Shipping Insurance & Security

  • Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured by Valbax until it is delivered to you.
  • Signature Required: For your security, all deliveries require a physical signature from an adult. We cannot leave high-value timepieces at your doorstep or in “safe places” without a signature.
  • Unboxing Video: We strongly recommend that customers film a continuous video of the unboxing process. This is the most effective evidence should any damage occur during transit.

6. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, we will assist you in any insurance claims should an item be lost or damaged by the courier.
