1. Shipping Origins & Destinations
All orders are processed and dispatched from our office in Singapore (45 Kovan Rd, Singapore 548130). We ship to most countries worldwide, subject to the serviceability of our courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
2. Processing Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 14 business days.
- Pre-Orders & Limited Editions: These items will ship according to the estimated timelines provided on the product page.
- Verification: To prevent fraud, high-value orders may require additional identity verification. This may delay dispatch by an additional 24–48 hours.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Singapore (Local): We offer Complimentary Secure Courier Delivery for all local orders. Delivery usually takes 7 business days.
- International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the value of the watch.
- Standard International: 7–14 business days.
- Express International: 3–5 business days.
- Delays: Valbax is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes or courier service interruptions.
4. Shipping Security & Insurance
- Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured by Valbax against loss or damage during transit.
- Signature Required: For your security, all deliveries require a physical signature from an adult at the delivery address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
- Unboxing Recommendation: We strongly advise customers to film a video of the unboxing process. This serves as vital evidence in the rare event of transit damage.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
- Customer Responsibility: For orders shipped outside of Singapore, you are the “Importer of Record.” You are responsible for all import duties, VAT, GST, and administrative fees levied by your local customs authority.
- Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the package will be returned to Valbax. We will refund your purchase minus the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any duties paid by Valbax on your behalf.
6. Order Tracking
Once your timepiece has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time via valbax.com.
